What's in a profile?
A profile is CVtoBlind's structured representation of a CV — here's what it contains and what you can do with it.

When you upload a CV, CVtoBlind processes it and creates a Profile — a structured, editable summary of everything extracted from the document. Profiles are the central object you'll work with in the app: you review them, fine-tune them, and export them for clients.
What a profile contains
Personal information — name, email, phone, address, main role, and total years of experience
Summary — a professional overview, either extracted from the CV or AI-generated if one isn't present
Skills — soft skills and areas of expertise identified in the CV
Technologies — tools, languages, frameworks, and platforms, optionally grouped into categories (e.g. Languages, Databases, Cloud)
Work experience — each role with company, dates, responsibilities, technologies used, and projects
Education — institutions, degrees, majors, and dates
Languages — spoken languages with proficiency levels
Certifications — certification names and dates obtained
Custom fields — any org-wide extra data your team has configured (e.g. hourly rate, availability, account manager)
What you can do with a profile
Edit any field manually in the Profile Editor
Apply AI Actions to rewrite, translate, or transform sections automatically
Export it as a DOCX or PDF using one of your templates
